Those of you who have been to thecxo.com before may notice that some archived articles are missing and we also have a new look. Due to a malicious attack on this blog, several of the past entries have been deleted. The site now has a simpler look. We hope our mission of creating an open forum for discussing customer experience will not be disrupted this time by those pursuing illegal activities.
